Dr. Jong Han Hahm, President of Korea Scout Association has made an agreement with Dr. Baek Young Sung, Mayor of Sangju-si and Dr. Kwan Yong Kim, governor of Gyeongsangbuk-do in 18th March 2014.

This agreement contains that preparing for safe environment and convenience facility for youth who will participate in the 4th International Patrol Jamboree.

Especially, Sangju-si makes an effort to promote much foreign participants to come and enjoy the Yeongnam area(where Gyeongsangbuk-do belongs to regional division) culture and food.
